The Conquest of Space project has the basic structure shown below.  As we are using an iterative development model the project will cycle around gradually adding more information and resources to the site and more functions to the application.

Information flows to specification.doc if it should be included (i.e. if it is an idea that changes the way the web site and application should work) and then the changes are incorporated in the web pages or application.

If the information is simply news, a resource link added to the blog, or information and data to be expanded on then it is fed to the main web pages (this is part of the spec for how the project works).
